We are currently seeking a talented and driven Support Associate to join our team at Wyndham Worldwide in Denver, Colorado. As a Support Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our organization by providing support to various departments and teams.

Responsibilities:1. Assist with general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents.2. Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls.3. Support team members with scheduling meetings, booking travel arrangements, and preparing meeting agendas.4. Conduct research and analysis on various projects as needed.5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination.6. Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned.7. Uphold company policies and procedures to ensure compliance at all times.8. Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.3. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.5. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software programs.7. Creativity and analytical thinking skills.8. Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.9. Strong interpersonal skills and a team player mentality.10. Resourceful and able to problem solve effectively.
