Job Description:
Zimmer Biomet Holdings is seeking a passionate and dedicated Support Associate to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina. As a Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and assistance to various departments within the company. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to various departments, including but not limited to scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing documents.- Assist with data entry and maintenance of records.- Respond to inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and workflows.- Help with event planning and coordination.- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:- 2 years of experience in an administrative support role.- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.- Innovation and teamwork mindset.- Must be passionate and dedicated to supporting the company's mission and goals.
