Support Assistant - Remote Work

Job Description:

ADP is seeking a highly motivated and energetic Support Assistant to join our team on a part-time, remote basis. As an Associate Level Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing remote support to our clients in the Phoenix, Arizona area. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working independently.

Responsibilities:- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients via phone, email, and chat- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our products and services- Assist clients with navigating our software and systems- Collaborate with team members to ensure client needs are met in a timely manner- Assist with strategic planning and implementation of new initiatives- Use persuasion skills to influence client decisions and outcomes

Requirements:- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer support role- Must be energetic and motivated to succeed in a remote work environment- Strong strategic planning skills and ability to think critically- Excellent persuasion skills and ability to influence others- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively- Experience with remote support tools and technologies preferred
