Supply Coordinator

Facility: Valleywise Health Medical Center
Department: LAB Clinical - Roosevelt
Schedule: Regular FT 40 Hours Per Week
Shifts: Days
Under the direction of the department Manager, this position is responsible for maintaining par levels of supplies and for tracking inventory to ensure availability for the department. Works independently but cohesively with materials management, vendors, and healthcare professionals on staff at Valleywise Health and at other facilities.  Responsible for inventory, dispensing, ordering and maintaining par levels of supplies for department(s).
Hourly Pay Rate: $15.00 to $22.13 Qualifications Education: Requires a high school diploma or GED.
Experience: Prefer previous experience in a supply chain related role. 
Knowledge of clinical laboratory supplies is a plus.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Requires knowledge of supplies, procedures, medical terminology, and computer systems. 
Must be able to lead and organize department projects as directed.
Must be able to work independently and efficiently.
Experience with use of spreadsheets and ordering systems strongly preferred.
Good human relation, organizational, and communication skills required. 
Requires the ability to read, write, and speak effectively in English.
