In addition, we offer the only technology in the world capable of producing hydrogen, power and water simultaneously.Summary:In this role, the Supply Chain Project Manager will be reporting to the Vice President of Supply Chain. The incumbent will be an individual contributor focusing on recommendations and implementation for continuous improvement, cost saving associated with the execution of different projects, partnering with the Engineering team in supplier engagements, coordinating project scopes of work and working cross functionally to ensure parts arrive on time for projects.Essential Functions/Duties and Responsibilities:Participate in the Change Control Board and flow down any changes to the Purchasing teams.Engage in Design reviews to ensure impact assessment completed for any design changes in terms of inventory, open purchase orders and cost changes.Work on projects that improve supply change practice and drive culture change.Research industrial trends and benchmark best practices to reduce cost and improve the Supply Chain of our manufacturing.Review, evaluate, and approve specifications for issuing to suppliers.Participate in the development of specifications for equipment, products, or substitute materials.Ensure suppliers are aligned with project technical and commercial requirements by working closely with Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Project Management and Service organizations.Participate in existing and new service planning processes to assure timely acquisition of material to support services.Other duties as assigned.Qualifications and Experience:Education: A bachelor's degree in business, Operation Management, Supply Chain or related discipline. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.English Language — Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar.Law and Government — Knowledge of laws, legal codes, court procedures, precedents, government regulations, executive orders, agency rules, and the democratic political process.Economics and Accounting — Knowledge of economic and accounting principles and practices, the financial markets, banking, and the analysis and reporting of financial data.Strategic thinking, sense of urgency and accountability is mandatory.Expert level understanding of fuel cell material, including materials.Strong written and verbal communication skillsExperience interfacing with internal and external senior management stakeholdersProject Management skills required.Physical Requirements/Working Conditions:General work is in an office environment utilizing a computer and other office equipment.Able to wear required personal protective equipment in laboratory, manufacturing or field areas as required, such as safety glasses, safety shoes, clothing or gloves that provide appropriate protection.Sedentary work includes writing documentation and working at a computer, utilizing a keyboard and mouse.Domestic and international travel as necessaryAll Employees Shall:Comply with the EH&S Policy and applicable regulatory and company EH&S rules and requirements.Report to supervision conditions or practices that are either unsafe or that may adversely impact the environment, to ensure prompt resolution of potential hazards.Attend scheduled EH&S training program.Actively support the organization's efforts to meet or exceed EH&S goals and plans.Recommend improved EH&S practices.Must maintain regular and consistent attendance.
