The Supply Chain Program Lead position is a key link between customers and the Supply Chain organization for FDBN. This role interfaces with external
customers for onboarding new programs and established programs. This position is responsible for all Supply Chain related functions while interacting
with customers to support tech transfer needs in the following areas: materials, sourcing, logistics, strategic planning, capacity, shipping, and customer
service. This position also leads cross functional teams to build an end-to-end supply chain serving customer needs. This also includes working through
complex issues and driving aggressive schedules for customer programs. Collaborating and building relationships with internal teams, including working
closely with global Supply Chain network is required for this role. This role communicates at various levels in the organization, drive initiatives, identify
and mitigate risk/issues.
Major Accountabilities • Leads Supply Chain activities in the customer proposals phase, such as answering questionnaires, assessment of materials, and vendor inquiries
• Ensures business processes between customers and the FDB Supply Chain organization are in place and/or contribute to establishing them
• Reviews contractual agreements and ensures business processes are in place to support obligations from Supply Chain Management perspective
• Facilitates/leads coordination between all Supply Chain Management functions and as well as raw materials sub-team meetings (both internal &
with customers)
• Represents Supply Chain Management in customer meetings, core teams and stage gate meetings for Technical Transfers
• Quickly resolves unexpected challenges to support solutions for the customers/site
• Drives Supply Chain end-to-end improvement initiatives based on lessons learned from working with customer programs
• Partners with cross-functional teams to implement changes and/or improve processes related to customer programs
• Member of core team for customer programs ensuring good collaboration with overall program management and counterparts from other
functions
• Represents Supply Chain Management as SME in customer meetings
• Provides Supply Chain Management program updates, identify, communicate, and mitigate potential risks
• Coordinates and attends financial / inventory audits
• Manages requests besides business as usual and drives initiatives from end-to-end perspective supporting customer programs
• Performs other duties, as assigned
Basic Requirements • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business
• 8 years experience in Supply Chain, including but not limited to shipping, sourcing, warehouse, master data, and/or compliance
Preferred Requirements • Masters Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business
• 6 years experience in Supply Chain, including but not limited to
shipping, sourcing, warehouse, master data, and/or compliance
• Supply Chain Planning, S&OP experience, Demand/Capacity
