Position Overview: The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of the manufacturing supply chain. This includes managing and forecasting demand, procuring materials, and overseeing inventory records. The Supply Chain Manager works closely with cross-functional teams to optimize supply chain processes, inventory planning, and warehouse space utilization. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a Master Production Schedule, balancing customer demands with available supply and capacity constraints. Negotiate purchase agreements with suppliers to ensure availability and cost-effectiveness of materials. Maintain and optimize inventory records and FIFO/FEFO systems. Analyze data and develop reports to identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with teams to optimize warehouse space utilization. Responsible for the implementation and integration of ERP and MRP systems. Other related duties as assigned. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field. 3+ years of experience in supply chain and inventory management. Proficient with ERP and MRP systems. Expertise in Excel and data analysis. Ability to negotiate effectively with suppliers. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
