Supply Chain / Logistics Coordinator Outstanding Opportunity for an Entry Level Candidate with NO work Experience! Seeking a candidate who has earned a Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain/Logistics, International Trading, or Business to join the team.
What you will be doing:
Coordinate transportation providers ensuring prompt and proper movement of shipments.
Verify all purchasing related data in SAP ERP system is correct.
Audit purchase order shipping document and arranging payment to vendors.
Maintain detailed, organized records of purchase orders.
Negotiate lead time, price and payment terms with vendors.
Build strong relationships with overseas vendors
Assess vendors' performance to identify areas for improvements.
Assist the SC Manager with international suppliers' production plans on time or adjustments.
Resolve shipment and inventory issues i.e., shortage, damage
Analyzing product sales to track inventory trend.
Suggest solutions for process improvements and assist in process implementation.
Ensuring the quality of all services provided meets the required standards.
An Ideal Candidate will have:
Preferred Bachelor'sdegree of Supply Chain, Business, International Trading
Open to NO exp w/Bachelors in Supply Chain, Business, International Trading with completed Internship
Basic MS-Office Skill Required - Excel, Word, Power Point
Bilingual preferred (Mandrin Chinese, Korean, Cantonese) NOT Required
Able to communicate with Overseas Vendors with the time difference of 13 Hours
Strong communication skills in both oral and written
