We're seeking a motivated and analytical Supply Chain Analyst to join our dynamic team. You'll play a critical role in optimizing our supply chain operations, ensuring efficient and cost-effective delivery of our products or services.
What You'll Do:
Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and potential cost savings
Develop and implement strategies to improve inventory management, warehousing, and logistics
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Purchasing, Operations, Sales) to ensure smooth supply chain execution
Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts
Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation plans for potential supply chain disruptions
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate reports to track progress
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in supply chain management
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, or a related field (preferred)
Minimum 2 years of experience in supply chain analysis or a similar role
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision making
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel is a must) and familiarity with supply chain software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus
Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
