Our work depends on Supply Chain Analyst Sr Advisor joining our team to provide logistical and supply chain management services for the client within the Continental United States (CONUS) and Outside CONUS (OCONUS). Your efforts will help ensure the timely distribution of hardware and software supporting mission-critical systems at CONUS and OCONUS locations. This position requires minimal travel. You will apply industry best practices and make recommendations on automation tools and capabilities to create efficiencies and reduce overall costs. Superior communication, leadership skills, and knowledge of logistics and supply chain functions and responsibilities are required along with the ability to interface with other teams in program execution. HOW A SUPPLY CHAIN ANALYST SR ADVISOR WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:
Performs supply chain and logistics functions, which may include, but are not limited to, material procurement, production planning, inventory control, outsourcing, vendor selection and distribution
Plan, direct, and manage day-to-day activities of the supply chain team.
Lead the full life cycle (i.e., "cradle to grave") of hardware and software supporting major programs that span the entire procurement cycle, including but not limited to procuring equipment, fulfilling orders, tagging equipment, kitting, and coordinating shipments.
Analyze supply chain risks and identify risk mitigations. Create status reports and briefings.
Act as the primary interface between procurement offices, subcontractors (e.g., Value Added Resellers and Vendors), and the customer for all supply chain related issues. WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
Education: BA/BS in in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business or work experience in lieu of degree.
Required Experience: 10+ years of related experience applicable work experience within commercial or government supply chains.
Required skills: Ability to lead a cross-functional, multi-shift operation supporting mission critical customers. Experience leading large, complex global logistics and supply chain operations, spanning multiple nodes of the organization's supply chain simultaneously - procurement, order fulfillment, warehouse operations, transportation, reverse logistics. Understanding of government contract types and performance requirements and a understanding of FAR, DFAR, FAM, FAH and other government regulations including TAA, NDAA. Experience utilizing dashboards and reporting tools to deliver meaningful operations and performance data to internal and external stakeholders.
Security Clearance Level: TS/SCI clearance required
Preferred Skills: Exposure to various supply chain tools (ERP, WMS, TMS, etc.); experience gathering requirements, system configuration and testing, and implementation of new and enhanced supply chain tools
Certification from a recognized industry leader (APICS, NPMA, ASCM, CSCMP, etc.) Experience presenting to senior leaders and customers and an understanding of contract management financials
Location: Newington VA, on site 5 days a week Monday through Friday

The likely salary range for this position is $143,650 - $194,350. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range. Scheduled Weekly Hours:
