Job Title: Supply Chain AdministratorLocation: Cary, NCZip Code: 27513Pay Rate: Up to $35.00/hr DoEStart Date: Right AwayJob Type: ContractSchedule: HybridKeywords: #SupplyChainJobs #ManufacturingSupportJobsJOB RESPONSIBILITIES:Responsible for converting all the manufacturing documentation for each product will have produced at a contract manufacturing site.Works with the Contract Manufacturing representatives to update all technical documentation related to our production processesWorks with Packaging Manager to ensure all specifications and drawings are updated and uploaded into the D365 ERP system.Manages the conversion of branded documentation to company's branded specific to manufacturing instructions, technical documents, safety data sheets and packaging specifications.Updates the D365 system with the most up to date documentation and attachments.Assists in documenting processes, best practices, and lessons learned to enhance future project management effectiveness.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business, Supply Chain Management, etc.).Proven experience as a project manager with a strong track record of successful project completion.Strong knowledge of Microsoft WorkManufacturing and documentation backgroundExceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.Results-oriented mindset, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines.Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and timelines.Problem-solving orientation and ability to address challenges with a positive approach.Project management certification is a plus.If you are interested in this role, please apply via the apply now link provided.
