Supply Chain Administrative Assistant

Supply Chain Administrative Assistant Location Cleveland, OH (Downtown area) : Supports the day-to-day compliance, reporting, communication, and administrative activities of the supply chain operation. Interacts with internal and external customers and vendors to respond to requests and questions. Assists as needed to reduce burden with department resource gaps and project work. Supply Chain Compliance: Conflict Minerals - support the company's US SEC filing with the support of legal by determining in scope supplier parts, gathering vendor Conflict Mineral Reports (CMRT) from vendors, determine non-compliant vendor purchases from non-compliant smelters, evaluate sourcing risk and response. Also support customer-related requests. USSC Scrap Execution Compliance - validate USSC network scrap approvals. DC Special Buy Execution Compliance - validate purchase approvals. Reporting: On-Call / Mileage payment coordination and reporting Invoice Accrual Reporting DC Metrics reporting Corporate Supply Chain Fixed Asset verification Coordinates Marketing Collateral distribution (i.e. catalogs, calendars, leave-behind books, etc.) Annual DC Incentive plan Communication: Coordinates Anniversary Post Cards via 3rd party solution (Send Out Cards) Coordinates Meeting Starters Supply Chain Content Maintains Scripts for AT&T DC One Network Call-In Line Maintains Supply Chain SharePoint and One.Applied.com Content Support team building initiatives. Job Requirements Requires a high school diploma (or equivalent). Associate degree preferred. Experience with Excel spreadsheets and formulas Excellent communication skills - written / verbal.
