Oversee and manage day-to-day customer satisfaction and operations of a Sportsbook in FloridaAssist Sportsbook Director with developing team members, providing industry-leading customer support, and ensuring compliance with gaming regulatorsAdhere to all cash handling policies, SOPs, and ICs

Responsibilities
• Support Sportsbook Agents in de-escalating customer disputes and answering questions• Issue and reconcile cash drawers for Sportsbook Agents• Support the execution of strategies and opportunities to introduce a Sportsbook product to existing customer base• Leverage analytics to provide insights and make recommendations to reach players in new ways• Develop and coach Sportsbook Agents on best business practices• Liaise with customer base in-person to provide product education and develop loyal relationships• Monitor Sportsbook risk and liability• Identify banned, self-excluded, or prohibited sports pool patrons• Ensure compliance with all regulations and operating procedures• Deliver performance metrics against defined Retail accounts
Requirements
• Three (3) or more years of experience in Gaming and/or Sportsbook related management roles• Flexibility to oversee operations 24/7 and work flexible hours including nights and weekends• Data driven and results focused• Strong communicator and collaborator• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment• Ability to adjust and react to shifting priorities and demands• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment• Hands-on and can learn the category and support the broader Retail business
