Supervisor Retail (284071) Schedule: FTE 1.0, Variable Supervisor supports and contributes to creating and maintaining the Starbucks Experience for customers through frontline/hands-on execution of daily store operations Ensures that customers receive prompt service, quality beverages, and products. Maintains a safe, secure, clean, and comfortable store environment.

Required Qualifications: H.S. Diploma or GED.
National Serv-Safe Manager Certification required within ninety (90) days of hire.
National Food Handlers Permit/Card – State, County, City Authority upon hire.
First Aid AED Certification required within ninety (90) days of hire.
4 years - Extensive retail and food service experience.
2 years - Leadership experience including orientation, training, coaching and scheduling.
Preferred Qualifications: Associate's Degree - Food, Nutrition Services, Business, Operations, or related field.
2 years - Supervisor experience including staff hiring, development & performance evaluations
