Responsibilities
• Supervise team members and enable growth and success• Meet and exceed budgeted sales goals• Develop skill set of team members through coaching and training• Provide feedback and performance reviews• Identify knowledge and training gaps and develop improvement plans• Implement best practices for improved performance• Recruit new team members• Conduct audits to ensure ethical sales practices• Support efforts to enhance customer experience• Collaborate with other departments to achieve goals

• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English• Interpersonal and organizational skills• Consultative sales experience• Networking, negotiation, and closing skills• Attention to detail and documenting interactions• Ability to travel and work outside in any weather• Familiarity with computer systems and communication devices• Strong technical and computer skills• Effective communication over phone, email, and WebEx• Valid driver's license and car insurance• Bachelor's degree in business or marketing• 2+ years of outside sales or related work experience
