• Direct and motivate the manufacturing work force to produce high-quality products• Ensure efficient and safe production processes• Manage scheduling to meet business and customer needs
Requirements
• High School Diploma or GED• Minimum of 3 years leadership experience• Successful completion of Supervisor Assessment (not required for applicants with 5+ years of direct manufacturing leadership experience)• Legally authorized to work in the United States• U.S. person status (subject to International Traffic in Arms Regulations)
Key Skills Needed
• Experience supervising in a manufacturing environment• Knowledge of TPM, Synchronous Mfg, and Kaizen Concepts• Effective communication and team-building skills• Ability to handle multiple tasks, technically oriented• Energetic, self-starter with the ability to promote and implement change• Good PC and telephone skills, strong organizational skills
