Responsibilities
• Support efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience• Meet and exceed budgeted headcount and sales goals• Recruit, interview, hire, and train Residential Connectivity Sales staff• Set clear expectations and hold employees accountable• Lead, guide, and develop Residential Connectivity Sales Specialists• Identify and address knowledge and training gaps• Collaborate with other departments and support teams• Perform approximately 60% fieldwork and 40% office work• Coach to and follow Charter's Sales process• Handle employee relation issues and complete administrative tasks
Requirements
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills• Strong technical and computer skills• Ability to travel and work outside in any season• Familiarity with computer operating systems and communication devices• Ability to work non-traditional work hours• Valid driver's license, satisfactory driving record, and auto insurance• Ability to complete documentation accurately• Bachelor's degree in business or marketing preferred• 2+ years of Outside Sales or related work experience
