Your Role With Us: Supervisor of Risk Management To provide support and oversight of insurance processes including underwriting and procurement, and maintenance of Risk Management Information System (RMIS). Under direction of the Director IDEAL, Corporate Integrity & Employee Safety, the Risk Management Supervisor is responsible for supervising the Employee Safety team including, but not limited to, coaching and counseling, monitoring work performance and conducting performance evaluation.

Background/Expertise: Education: Bachelor's Degree Required
Licenses/certification/registration: ARM or CPCU recommended

Experience: Insurance procurement related experience preferred; underwriting experience preferred.

Special knowledge, skills, & abilities:
Requires a high level of attention to detail. Advanced computer skills. Strategic thinking and ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Analytical skills Problem Solving Data mining / technical skills Adaptability Advanced understanding of Workers' Compensation insurance and principles Strong understanding of personnel and performance strategies Excellent verbal communication skills, time management and organizational skills
