Responsibilities
• Assign labor force and meet production schedules• Ensure process and quality specifications are followed• Monitor production results and exceed posted rates• Maintain knowledge of process and equipment for efficiency• Train and provide feedback to associates• Resolve conflicts and foster a collaborative team environment• Hold safety meetings and enforce safety rules• Improve process, equipment, and procedures• Enforce safe handling of hazardous materials• Maintain training on applicable SOPs, LOPs, policies, and procedures
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in a business or manufacturing-related field preferred• 3+ years of supervisory experience, preferably in manufacturing• 2+ years of high-volume manufacturing or distribution experience• Experience with common manufacturing software desirable• Proficient in Microsoft Office software applications• Flexibility to change shifts and travel for training• Must pass drug screen and background check• Must have maintenance competency• Must be authorized to work in the US
