Responsibilities
• Supervise staff during inbound, city, and outbound freight operations• Manage tonnage, payroll, and other administrative functions to ensure production goals are met• Plan employee schedules to meet daily operations goals• Enforce company, FMCSR, OSHA, and DOT policies, rules, regulations, and laws• Coach, train, and develop employees• Champion company values and hold team to high standards
Requirements
• 2 years of related work experience in a warehouse, distribution, supply chain, transportation or similar environment• Knowledge of the Less-than-Truckload (LTL) industry, hazardous materials regulations, and DOT rules and regulations• Availability to work various shifts, including days, evenings, nights, and weekends
