This includes the execution of detailed job plans, facilitates compliance with OEM specifications, identifying best practices and comply with safety and environmental policies. The Supervisor executes daily, weekly, and monthly schedules. While using a variety of software's to complete daily activities such as SAP and MS Office products. The supervisor attends planning meetings in their area of responsibility.Other key responsibilities include, but aren't limited to:Ensure that all planned electrical activities for the fixed plant and mobile fleet are properly executed in a safe and efficient manner. Creating and integrating Weekly and Monthly plans into daily Shift Plans. Communicating and executing daily Shift Plans. Provide visible leadership among crew and peers. Perform employee performance, track and monitor safety performance, evaluations, and hours of direct reports. Collecting and communicating accurate information in a timely manner; and, setting area expectations, and holding crews accountable for working safely, performing quality work, communicating effectively, and taking care of equipment. This position requires routine communication, collaboration, and interaction with management, peer, and direct reports. Ensure that employees have all the necessary tools, knowledge, and skills to perform their jobs safely and efficiently. ABOUT YOUYou will have experience and demonstrate capability in the following:High School diploma or GEDandfive (5) years of experience in the electrical environment required. Must pass background and Drug Screening Additional certifications or licensure appropriate to the job may be required. Preferred; Two (2) years of experience working in supervisory or lead role preferred. 4 year accredited apprenticeship in the electrical, instrumentation, and process control trades or equivalent Experience with medium/ high voltage power systems Knowledge of supervisory methods and techniques Skilled in resolving day-to-day questions/problems regarding equipment, materials, methods, and procedures needed to complete projects.
