We are an independent, global, one-stop-shop focused on delivering Central Laboratory Services that are tailor-made, timely and flexible to meet the evolving study demands of traditional to increasingly complex trials. Additionally, we provide Functional Service Provider (FSP) Solutions, supporting our clients with scientific and technical expertise, acting as an extension of their team, coordinating all laboratory related needs, advising on strategies for lab data collection and providing end-to-end analytical and logistical solutions.
Job Summary

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Oversee the clinical study quote submission process and timelines to exceed customer expectations and facilitate an efficient, high quality, accurate, and timely submission for the assigned team's tasks. Provide mentoring, guidance, training, and general oversight to Commercial Finance team members relevant to their assigned deliverables. Perform a quality and financial review of quotations for new and revision quote requests using the company's pricing tools and matrices prior to submission for final approval, when required. Participate in strategy and budget review calls and provide guidance when needed. Manage individual study quotation preparation process and timelines to exceed customer expectations and facilitate an efficient, high quality, accurate, and timely submission for assigned tasks. Prepare quotations using the company's pricing tools. Facilitate participation of cross-functional teams empowered to improve the quality and timeliness of the bid submissions. Inquire with Business Development Directors to ensure that clinical study quotes prepared by Commercial Finance team members are complete and address the client's needs. Assist with the preparation of Business Development presentations, when requested. Update CRM database, as needed, and ensure accuracy of departmental information. Act as a proposal process subject matter expert and be a resource to internal and external customers. Participate in Commercial Finance initiatives, when requested. Assist in preparation of departmental reports, as assigned. Perform all other related duties, as assigned. Education/Experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in science, business, or marketing related discipline, 5 years customer service or related experience. Must have experience in end-to-end proposal development with experience of both budgets and strategy development within a contract research and/or research setting. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted as a satisfactory substitute for the specific education and experience listed above. Mathematical Ability:
Ability to perform calculations and manage budgets. Ability to apply mathematical concepts to budget management for clinical trials.

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or clinical research protocols. Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. Computer Skills:
Must have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including word processing, spreadsheets, and PowerPoint, as well as an aptitude for learning new database software quickly. SalesForce and SharePoint experience preferred. Work Environment:

Must regularly operate a computer and occasionally operate other office equipment.
