Responsible for Adherence of collection strategies globally. Responsible for conducting recurring one on ones with direct reports. Responsible for achieving individual and directs aging goals. Manages collection notes on an advanced level. Works with internal teams and customers to perform Root Cause Analysis on past due accounts, provides reporting to upper management. Accountable to meet with management and direct reports weekly to discuss performance metrics. Works with a variety teams and team members to resolve invoice disputes. Develops written procedures and contacts to support collection process on assigned portfolios globally. Provides recommendations on reserves, write offs through a solid understanding of working capital. Works closely with Customers, Sales, Customer Service, Admins, and Operations as required Customer Orientation Maintains strong partnerships with internal and external customers by understanding and responding to customer needs and requirements for billing and payment execution. Experience Minimum 5 years Supervising Collection Teams in Business-to-Business collections environment required Experience in handling global portfolios. Strong Communication / Negotiating Skills Ability to exercise tact and discretion when handling confidential information is a requirement. Proven ability to meet organizations expectations related to cash flow management. Experience tracking and resolving issues. Computer literate with Microsoft Excel and Word at the Intermediate Level Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Experience in Sales Force, Excel, D365, Word, and Email Oil and Gas Collections experience or relatable field preferred. Understands and is sensitive to a variety of cultural customs and traditions across the globe Proficiency in a language other than English is preferred but not a requirement
