The Supervisor, Coding works under the direction of the Corporate Director Coding. Responsible for the supervision of coding/abstracting activities. Responsible for performing in house coding audits for accuracy, monitoring coder productivity, and managing audit results from carriers. Supervision of home based employees. QUALIFICATIONS: Associate's degree or two years related experience in ICD-10 and CPT Coding. 2 + years of coding inpatient/outpatient CCS certification required, Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. Strong analytical and organizational skills.
