Responsibilities
• Properly and professionally respond to customer service needs• Ensure staff is dressed properly and maintain a professional appearance• Prepare timeshare sales contracts and maintain property owner information• Assign tours accurately and maintain sales rotation• Validate and record guest information• Prepare employee badges• Maintain confidentiality of information• Prepare and balance cash and deposits• Provide information for sales department• Prepare and maintain legal documents• Perform general office work and other assigned duties
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent, post HS education preferred• Minimum of two years' supervisory experience in a fast-paced work environment• Excellent planning and organizational skills• Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills• Thorough knowledge of standard administrative processes• Working knowledge of computer programs including Outlook, MS Word, and Excel• Professional business appearance• Ability to create and maintain a positive work environment• Flexible hours and weekend availability• Effective coping skills in a dynamic environment• Ability to walk, talk, sit, and stand for long periods• Ability to lift approximately 15-20 lbs
