We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent with diverse experience in the construction of multi-family and hotel projects with values ranging from $20-$100 million. This is a traveling position throughout Texas, and the ideal candidate must be willing to relocate to various project locations within the state. Responsibilities Manage and coordinate all aspects of the construction process from pre-construction through project closeout, ensuring that work is completed on time and within budget. Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets. Conduct regular site visits to ensure work is progressing according to plan and identify any potential issues that could impact the project. Oversee the work of subcontractors and other project team members to ensure that work is being completed to the required standards. Communicate effectively with all project stakeholders to ensure that everyone is on the same page and any issues are addressed in a timely manner. Implement and enforce all safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all project team members. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related field. At least 10 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent with a focus on multi-family and hotel projects with values ranging from $20-$100 million. Strong leadership and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously. Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications. Knowledge of construction safety regulations and procedures. Willingness to travel to various project locations throughout Texas.
