Superintendent - Superintendent, Construction, Commercial

Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced Superintendent to join our construction team and oversee the development of commercial projects. This position requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Key Responsibilities: Developing and executing construction plans and timelines for multiple projects Monitoring all aspects of the project, including sub-contractors and materials Creating detailed reports for all projects, budgeting, and cost management Ensuring projects adhere to local, state, and federal regulations Conducting regular meetings with sub-contractors, suppliers, and customers Managing and training construction staff Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years experience in construction project management Knowledge of applicable building codes and safety regulations Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain deadlines Nice to have: Construction and Commercial experience Benefits Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.
