Superintendent - Multi Family, Commercial Construction

The Superintendent - Multifamily/Commercial will oversee all the activities of construction projects, providing leadership, technical expertise, and oversight to ensure all project requirements are met. This position will work closely with subcontractors, vendors, and other stakeholders to provide guidance, direction, and support.
Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day construction activities, ensuring adherence to project safety, quality, and timeline requirements. Work with subcontractors, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure completion of project requirements. Organize and attend regular progress meetings, providing updates on project status and any issues. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost estimates. Manage progress payments and invoices. Resolve daily operational challenges and conflicts. Conduct regular site visits and inspections. Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in multifamily and/or commercial construction. Knowledge of mixed-use construction Strong communication and organizational skills.
