Responsibilities
• Coordinate and supervise all construction activities• Direct field personnel to achieve timely project completion• Maintain open daily communications with PM and administrative staff• Create and update project schedules for on-time delivery• Evaluate effectiveness and performance of field personnel• Complete daily reports and timesheets• Attend directed on and off-site meetings• Promote safety practices and procedures
Requirements
• 5 years of construction industry experience with minimum 2 as a lead Superintendent• Familiarity with OSHA regulations• Ability to read and evaluate blueprints and contract documents• Experience with construction-related software is desirable• Understands and promotes the 'team' concept• Ability to develop/maintain positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
