We are a family owned GC founded in 1994. Most of our projects are completed throughout Southeast Michigan and has two primary offices in Royal Oak, MI and Detroit, MI. What You Will Be Doing Oversees all activities on the construction site Manage and direct subcontractors and employees to ensure that all projects develop according to plans and specifications, on time, and within budget In addition inspect the quality of the work from start through completion and ensure that all workers comply with OSHA standards Assist Project Manager as required Organize & plan job with Project Manager Organize, schedule & direct personnel & subcontractors Review cost and progress weekly Ensure testing coordination Coordinate & maintain equipment Field procurements Create and maintain field notes & daily reports. What You Need for this Position 5+ years experience Ability to manage the job site: subcontractors, material suppliers, job costs, schedule is maintained  Thorough understanding of plans and specifications with the ability to ensure that these are followed throughout the entire job.
