Full job description Description: New Century airport
start mid-late March 5 month contract office/bathroom TI at airport Smaller project No per diem Would be lead on project Provide coordination and supervision of design-build and bid-build projects for federal projects
Collaboration with clients, design team and contractors for project success
Build/maintain jobsite culture of "Safety First"
Quality Control/Quality Assurance
Daily coordination and management of subcontractors and jobsite logistics
Collect, review and submit shop drawings, product data, test reports, etc.
Build/update construction schedule and 'look ahead' schedules
Review estimates with operations team to ensure logistical/site considerations are included
Author and execute M.O.P.s (Method of Procedure)
Complete daily/weekly reports and maintain photo journal of progress

Additional Skills & Qualifications: Must have:
4+ years of superintendent experience on federal projects contractor management: partnership approach Construction technology experience 3+ projects on federal/VA as main superintendent on project. Degree is CM preferred, but not a must have Experience Level: Intermediate Level
