Responsibilities:
* Manage on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with plans, specifications, and building codes.
* Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to maintain project schedules.
* Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety.
* Communicate with project stakeholders to provide updates and resolve issues.
* Maintain accurate project records and ensure adherence to company standards.
Qualifications:
* Minimum 5 years of residential construction experience, with custom home focus preferred.
* Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency in reading construction plans and using construction management software.
* OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety certification preferred.
