Job Title: Superintendent (Hotel Renovations)
Position Overview: The Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing all facets of the hotel renovation construction. They will ensure that all work is completed on budget and on schedule, while maintaining a safe environment and adhering to all company standards.
Key Responsibilities: Creating, organizing and tracking project schedules, budgets, and progress Maintaining a safe work environment and ensuring that all safety protocols are followed Coordinating with subcontractors to ensure that all work is completed on time and on budget Creating and managing punch lists, change orders, and other project paperwork Ensuring that all project requirements are met and that the quality of work is in line with company standards Maintaining open communication with project stakeholders Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial construction and/or hotel renovation
