Superintendent - Construction

Healthcare, Sports, Aerospace and Aviation - Project Experience Needed! Position Overview: The Superintendent is responsible for overseeing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency in the building process. Superintendents are expected to direct and manage subcontractors, ensure that projects are completed on time, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement a construction schedule, setting clear expectations and goals. Maintain a safe and secure work environment, ensuring that all safety regulations are followed. Manage and oversee subcontractors, ensuring that quality standards are met and projects are completed on time. Manage and resolve any issues that arise during construction. Monitor and inspect projects regularly, ensuring that standards of quality are met. Maintain excellent relationships with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders. Ensure that all paperwork is completed accurately and on time. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in construction, engineering, or related field (preferred). 5+ years of experience in a similar role (Construction Superintendent, Senior Superintendent, etc). Experience in healthcare construction, stadium/sports construction, aviation/aerospace construction (preferred). Strong understanding of construction processes, regulations, and safety standards. Knowledge of construction tools and equipment. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Benefits Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.
