The position is responsible for:On-site oversight, leadership, and management of all labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractorsEnsuring compliance with company standards, policies, and procedures as well as safety objectivesAssist with the preparation of and updating of the project schedule detailing all work activities, material and equipment deliveries, and milestone dates following a logical pattern to meet scheduled completionCoordinating the installation of utility services with the local utility companiesTimely completion of daily reports and field documentation to accurately documents the projectDaily coordination and inspection of subcontracted work for conformance with the plans, specifications, and submittals/shop drawingsScheduling, logging, and tracking all materials testing and inspections for 3rdParty Special Inspections and the jurisdictional Building InspectionsAttain a thorough and complete understanding of all subcontracts and purchase orders agreementsPrepares and conducts pre-construction meetings for all subcontracted workPrepares and conducts weekly subcontractorCommunicates daily with subcontractors to assess project progress, schedule, changes, andTracking of Purchase Orders for major material purchasesEnsures job site is kept clean, organized, and secure at all timesAssist Project Engineer with creating and maintaining Request for Information and Submittals/Shop DrawingsPosition QualificationsMinimum 10 years of relevant commercial superintendent experienceAbility to read and comprehend construction drawings andAbility to collaborate and leadAbility to multi-task and meet tight deadlinesAbility to develop and maintainAbility to recognize, analyze and solve problemsEffective oral and written communication skillsOSHA 30 Hr CertificationPreferred KnowledgeProficient in Bluebeam and Microsoft ProjectSage (PJ) or equivalent desired but notBenefitsBase SalaryInsurance: Life, Medical, Dental and Disability401(k) Profit Sharing Retirement Plan with companyPaid Sick LeaveVacationCompany VehicleCompany Phone
