We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to join our team and oversee the construction of our upcoming projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial construction, with experience managing large-scale projects from start to finish. A huge plus for this position is if the candidate has previously built Walmarts before. What You Will Be Doing - Manage the day-to-day operations of the construction site, ensuring that work is being completed on schedule and to the highest quality standards.
- Coordinate with project managers, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure that all parties are working together effectively.
- Monitor the progress of the project and make adjustments as needed to keep it on track.
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure that all workers are following safety guidelines.
- Keep detailed records of all work performed and provide regular progress reports to the project manager.
- Conduct regular site meetings with stakeholders to keep them informed of progress and address any issues that arise.
What You Need for this Position - 5+ years of experience as a superintendent in commercial construction.
- Experience managing large-scale projects from start to finish.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software. What's In It for You - Salary $80,000 - $100,000 based on experience
- Bonuses of $5,000-$15,000 upon completion of the project, depending on the size and complexity of the project. This is in addition to our competitive salary and benefits package.
