Responsibilities
• Implement and reinforce field safety and reporting• Oversee quality assurance and identify potential issues• Produce RFIs, submittals, and change order requests• Review drawings and specifications• Prepare a schedule of construction activities• Direct and control the total project specifications• Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure work is completed• Maintain clean and organized job site
Requirements
• 5+ years large ground-up commercial experience• General contractor experience• Wood-frame experience required, steel and post-tension concrete a plus• Experience with hospitality and multifamily• Exceptional work ethic with a desire to complete tasks on schedule• Flexible and willing to make difficult decisions
