Manage on-site team, schedules, progress and resources Collaborate with clients and members and management team Maintain daily log for the job site's operations and communicate with management Make changes in operations as necessary to meet deadlines Implement cost-effective and efficient management techniques Superintendent Qualifications :
Effective leadership: Motivation, goal setting and conflict resolution Knowledge of construction budgeting best practices Knowledge of Local, State and Federal Construction Regulations Problem Solving and Decision Making OSHA 30, High expectations of job site safety Organization: Time management, delegation and prioritization Compensation :
