Superintendent - Asphalt Paving

SUPERINTENDENT - ASPHALT PAVING/ MILLING
Looking for an EXPERIENCED SUPERINTENDENT with Paving Roads, Parking Lots, Subdivision, DOT, Grading, etc... experience. This is an excellent opportunity to get "in" with a top-notch, WELL ESTABLISHED, multi-state, growing construction organization, with great growth and compensation potential.
Qualifications:
* BS Civil Engineering or Construction Mgmt preferred or equivalent experience
* 3+yrs Prior Superintendent Asphalt Paving Experience
* Paving primarily within a 5 county local region
* Familiar with grading, paving (asphalt and concrete), and all other asphalt construction scopes
* The Superintendent is responsible for all routine on-site project administration, scheduling and engineering
* Strong knowledge of MS Office
* Excellent Verbal and Written communication skills
* Project fiscal responsibility
* Shown ability to work with all federal, state, and local governments
* Strong prioritization, organizational and detail oriented skill set needed
