Responsibilities:
Provide instruction to students
Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs).
Collaborate with school staff, support teams, and parents to create an inclusive learning environment.
Monitor and document student progress, adjusting teaching strategies as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Special Education or related field.
Valid MNSpecial Education endorsement.
Experience working with higher-functioning and mid-level functioning students.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Passion for creating an engaging and supportive learning environment.
