Delaware North operates concessions, premium dining, and restaurants at the Green Bay Packers' Lambeau Field and Titletown since 2012. At Titletown we manage The Turn, featuring Topgolf Swing Suites, and operate special events including seasonal sledding and ice skating.
Properly schedule and supervise weekly setup phases; Adhere to and enforce labor control measures.  Assist with the hiring, training, and development of suite team members Inspect suites, kitchen, and storage areas to ensure that health and safety regulations are adhered to; Report safety hazards and repair needs as needed Ensure accuracy of all transfers/deliveries from warehouse to department, following inventory procedures.  Must be at least 18 years old Minimum of 2 years of previous hospitality and high-volume dining experience required Previous supervisory experience required Strong knowledge of food and wine Basic knowledge of cost control measures and profit and loss Ability to problem solve and operate in a fast-paced environment Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends No college degree required Standing and walking for entire length of shift Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
