Success Center Supervisor (SCS) The Success Center Supervisor (SCS) is a frontline leadership position responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a community resource center dedicated to empowering youth and families to achieve their own vision for success. The SCS leads a talented and diverse team of Hospitality Specialists and Navigators, ensuring that the center maintains a welcoming, inclusive, and supportive environment that effectively connects individuals to the resources, supports, and services they need to thrive. The SCS works under the direct leadership of the Success Center Manager and is responsible for ensuring that the center and their assigned team operate in alignment with the National Family Support Network's (NFSW) Standards of Quality for Family Strengthening and Support. This requires a deep commitment to person-affirming, trauma-informed, and culturally grounded approaches to direct service, as well as a strong understanding of best practices in program implementation, evaluation, and continuous improvement.
To be successful in this role, the SCS must bring a team approach to leadership, fostering a culture of collaboration, communication, and continuous learning among staff. They must also possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with youth, families, and community partners from diverse backgrounds. The SCS is responsible for providing hands-on, in-person leadership that is adaptive, technically strong, dynamic, and outcomes-driven. This includes supervising and supporting Hospitality Specialists and Navigators, facilitating regular team meetings, providing ongoing training and professional development opportunities, and monitoring and evaluating staff performance to ensure that the center is consistently delivering high-quality services and achieving its desired outcomes. In addition to their leadership responsibilities, the SCS must also build and maintain strong relationships with community partners and stakeholders, collaborating effectively to enhance the center's services and impact. They must also be proficient in using technology and data management systems to track and report on program outcomes, ensuring that the center is meeting its contractual obligations and demonstrating its value to funders and other stakeholders.

Competencies: Planning and Organizing Fostering Communication Project Risk Management Attention to Detail Inspiring Others Quality Management and Assurance Key Responsibilities: Supervise and support Hospitality Specialists and Navigators, ensuring a welcoming and inclusive environment for youth and families Ensure the center's front-receiving end operations are efficient, effective, and aligned with the NFSW Standards of Quality for Family Strengthening and Support, any associated contracts, and FYI+'s purpose statement, core values, and strategies. Develop and implement strategies to improve the center's processes and services continually Collaborate with the Success Center Manager to ensure contract deliverables are met and administrative oversight is maintained Provide hands-on, in-person leadership that is adaptive, technically strong, dynamic, and outcomes-driven Facilitate regular team meetings and provide ongoing training and professional development opportunities for staff Monitor and evaluate the performance of Hospitality Specialists and Navigators, providing constructive feedback and support as needed Foster a culture of collaboration, communication, and continuous improvement within the team Maintain accurate records and documentation of the center's activities and outcomes Build and maintain strong relationships with community partners and stakeholders to enhance the center's services and impact Develop and implement innovative activities, events, and programs that enhance the center's ability to meet the evolving needs of youth and families in the community. Collaborate with the Success Center Manager to develop and manage the center's budget, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively and efficiently to support program goals and objectives. Conduct daily routine assessments of the center's physical space and equipment, ensuring that it remains safe, welcoming, and conducive to learning and growth for all participants. Provide crisis intervention and support to youth and families as needed, working collaboratively with other staff and community partners to ensure that individuals receive the care and support they need during challenging times. Participate in local, regional, and national networks and conferences related to youth and family services, staying up-to-date on best practices and emerging trends in the field and bringing this knowledge back to the center to inform program development and improvement. Qualifications and Experience A bachelor's degree in Social Work or a similar field from an accredited college/university. A minimum of three (3) years of any combination of experience, including working with communities on health or social service-related matters, social work/case management experience, behavioral health and/or health care, or operating a community resource center.
