Position Overview
As a Subscription Marketing Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of our subscription revenue growth strategy. You'll play a pivotal role in coordinating and analyzing ongoing marketing programs while supporting various initiatives aimed at driving revenue growth. This position offers an exciting opportunity for emerging marketers who thrive in a fast-paced environment, excel at project management, and are passionate about delivering exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Program Execution:
Manage the execution of monthly marketing programs, ensuring materials are reviewed, approved, and delivered on time and within budget.
Collaborate with internal and external teams to communicate campaign objectives, deliverables, and timelines effectively.
Identify and recommend marketing opportunities aligned with company goals.
Support marketing initiatives through user acceptance testing (UAT), audits, and outcome testing.
Analysis and Reporting:
Own end-of-month reporting for key performance indicators (KPIs) including paid media spend, order volume, renewal rate, and revenue.
Analyze performance data from marketing campaigns to derive insights and actionable learnings.
Project Management Support:
Effectively manage timelines for multiple projects concurrently.
Coordinate meetings and communicate project needs and outcomes among stakeholders.
Required Skills
Proficiency in organizing, interpreting, and reporting performance analytics data.
Experience in managing cross-channel marketing campaigns resulting in conversion improvements.
Demonstrated ability to work with or manage vendors.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Capacity to multitask and manage multiple projects concurrently.
Other Qualifications
Bachelor's degree, preferably in marketing, business, communications, or related field.
Exposure to marketing automation platforms (ESPs) and analytics programs and tools (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics).
Ability to identify formula and human errors in large data sets and recommend corrective action.
Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel and PowerPoint.
Pay Transparency Disclosure
The estimated salary range for this position is $60,000. Final salary offering will consider factors such as experience, accomplishments, and location. Competitive benefits including retirement plan savings contributions and bonus opportunities based on individual and company performance are also provided.
