Job Summary:The StretchLab Studio Supervisor is a key role responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the studio and driving sales to meet and exceed set targets. This individual will lead a team of sales associates and be responsible for maintaining a positive and productive work environment while providing exceptional customer service to clients. As a studio supervisor, you will also be responsible for generating leads, and building relationships with potential and existing clients. This is a part-time role that also offers commission, located in the San Fernando Valley.Compensation & Benefits:The compensation for this role is $25 per hour, paid biweekly. In addition to the base salary, this role offers a commission structure for meeting or exceeding sales goals.Responsibilities:Oversee the daily operations of the studio, including scheduling, staffing, and inventory managementLead a team of sales associates, providing support, training, and guidance to achieve sales targetsGenerate leads and build relationships with potential and existing clients to drive salesUtilize effective sales techniques and strategies to convert leads into clientsMaintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere for clients and staffCollaborate with franchise owner to develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to promote the studioManage customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional mannerEnsure the studio is maintained in a clean and organized mannerMonitor and track studio metrics and provide regular reports to franchise ownerStay up-to-date on industry trends and competition in the local marketRequirements:High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferredPrevious sales experience in a fitness or wellness industry preferredProven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targetsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong leadership and team-building abilitiesStrong organizational and time-management skillsAbility to work flexible hours including evenings and weekendsMust be able to lift up to 25lbs and stand for extended periods of timeEEOC Statement:StretchLab is an equal opportunity employer and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any kind.
