The Studio Operations Manager at Respawn Wisconsin will play a pivotal role in enhancing the workplace environment, managing a variety of studio initiatives, and driving employee engagement programs. Reporting to and working closely with the Director of Operations, this position will collaborate closely with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of strategic projects and programs that align with Respawn and EA's values and goals. With a focus on operational excellence and cultural development, the Operations Manager will lead a diverse range of initiatives to create a vibrant and inspiring workplace experience, and manage the administrative team to ensure efficient use of resources and facilities.
Responsibilities :
Partner cross-functionally with external and internal teams, including IT and Leadership, to drive forward strategic initiatives and ensure alignment with organizational goals. Lead and manage a portfolio of strategic community outreach initiatives locally, in collaboration with Respawn's Studio Ops Program Manager. Lead employee engagement programs and team-building activities, Studio celebrations, and parties to foster a positive work culture. Provide operational contact and support to Respawn's Operation Team and partners in University Relations (UR), People Experience (HR), Employer Branding, Leadership/Management Training (LEAP), Talent Acquisition, DEI, and Workplace Experience teams to help implement local studio-related initiatives. Establish and uphold global workplace goals and standards, collaborating with the Workplace Experience team to ensure the successful implementation of EA initiatives and policies. Ensure a best-in-class onboarding experience for new team members, adapting processes to evolving work models. Represent the studio in partnerships between Respawn Operations in LA and Vancouver, EA Workplace Experience, EA People Practices, and IT to uphold best practices and foster collaboration. Facilitate communication and collaboration among stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes and alignment with studio strategy and goals. Partner closely with Global Real Estate, Security, Design, and IT to ensure the successful completion of the company's build-out project(s). In partnership with of the Director of Operations and Studio Director, assess strategic initiatives in support of the Studio Ops Plan and coordinate the efforts ensuring the highest value efforts are prioritized and aligned with the overall studio strategy. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 2+ years of people management experience. 4+ years of experience in project management, event management, or community outreach. Strong communication skills, including written, and verbal, and ability to navigate uncharted territory. Proven ability to build positive relationships and drive successful outcomes. Resourceful and proactive approach with a focus on achieving results. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet ambitious deadlines. Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills. Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to prioritize effectively. Proficiency in Google Suite, and ability to adapt to new project management software. Passion for building positive employee experiences, community engagement, and culture.
