Responsibilities
• Develop and implement policies related to board management• Develop and implement advertising and marketing campaigns for board membership recruitment• Present information to small and large groups regarding board membership• Meet with potential board members to discuss selection and responsibilities• Assign board members to hearings• Collaborate and communicate with relevant departments and offices• Communicate with stakeholders regarding board hearings• Provide oversight for maintenance and management of administrative record• Advise faculty, staff, and students on conduct and academic integrity policies• Create procedures, forms, workflows, and checklists
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree and 3 years of professional work experience in student services or related field• Experience leading or directing others• Excellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills• Ability to work effectively in a diverse team environment• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines• Previous work experience in higher education• Experience working with diverse faculty, students, staff, and parents• Ability to exercise professional judgement and leadership• Flexible schedule, including extended hours and weekends
