Responsible for preparation of erection drawings and/or marking plans required for the project. Responsible for preparation of material list requisitions. Coordinates with third party detailing and engineering firms. Coordinates with other trades as it relates to Hillsdale scope. Reads and follows set schedules. Participates in Project meetings, including, but not limited to: kick-off meetings, closeout meetings and shop prep meetings. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Reads, analyzes, edits, and interprets information so that it is presented to clients and other stakeholders in a professional and partnership mindset. Responds effectively to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community. Effectively presents information to top management, public groups and/or boards of directors. Possesses experience using Tekla, advanced AutoCAD, or equivalent CAD software programs. Associate or Bachelor's degree in Computer Drafting, Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related technical field AND 2 years' related experience and/or training OR equivalent combination of education and experience. Growth Opportunities
