Job Title:

Structural Project Engineer

Job Description Summary : Under the guidance and supervision of a senior level engineer, you will be responsible for assisting in the inspections of building, parking garages, walkways, and other structures using engineering skills to determine structural soundness and compliance with specifications. Determines and documents the cause of structural failures, damages, and defects through site investigations. Performs destructive testing. Develops drawings or specifications for use during construction and ensures all projects comply with applicable codes and regulations. In addition, provides reports detailing investigations and assessment of damage to the structure by performing the following duties.

Qualifications
·

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Structural Engineering.
·

Engineer in Training (EIT) working towards Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
·

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
·

Three or more years experience in structural engineering is a plus.
·

Driver's License required.
·

Willingness to travel is approximately 50%.
