Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced Structural Engineer with robust experience in designing and managing various structural projects. The ideal candidate will hold a Professional Engineer (PE) license or an Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification with eligibility to acquire a PE license. This role involves proactive oversight in the development of structures from conception through construction, ensuring designs meet specifications and industry standards. 
*job located in NW Arkansas* Key Responsibilities: Lead structural design projects for water/wastewater containment structures, buildings, and bridges. Perform structural analysis and design tasks using computational tools and software. Evaluate the integrity of existing structures and recommend repair or enhancement strategies. Prepare detailed reports and design documents, ensuring compliance with regulations and client requirements. Collaborate with architects, civil engineers, and construction managers to ensure project success. Adapt designs to accommodate project challenges and innovations, maintaining a balance between creativity and cost-efficiency. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering. Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in structural engineering. Professional Engineer (PE) license or Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification, with the path to licensure. Expertise in structural design and analysis software. Demonstrated experience with diverse structural projects in both public and private sectors. Strong problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail. Desirable Skills: Experience with the design and assessment of water/wastewater structures. Knowledge of sustainable and innovative construction practices.
