Structural Design Engineer

Tatum Smith Welcher Engineers, Inc. (TSW) is a structural engineering firm specializing in the analysis and design of vertical architectural construction. TSW is seeking a full-time structural engineering project manager to support our continuously growing portfolio of clients and projects. The firm was established in 1996 and practices both regionally and nationally (active licensure is carried in all 50 states). The firm is headquartered in Rogers, Arkansas and currently has a staff of 15 structural engineers, 3 CAD/BIM technicians, and 2 clerical support staff. The position is fully benefitted, and salary is commensurate with professional experience level and applicability to our field.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform in depth structural calculations
Prepare structural drawings
Coordinate with engineers, contractors, architects, and other design team members throughout the design and construction process
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelors Degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering (required)
1 year minimum experience working in the structural engineering field
Revit: minimum 2 - 3 years experience
Enercalc, Tekla, Etabs (preferred)
Microsoft Office experience
Ability to read, analyze & interpret multidisciplined technical documents to develop design drawings.
Self-motivated, ability to work independently to meet deadlines.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Communicate detailed technical concepts, both verbally and in writing.

Salary: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
